4. Content Removal Requests

If you believe content hosted on FileFlare violates our policies, please contact removal@fileflare.uk with the following details:

• URL or unique identifier of the file.
• Reason for the removal request.
• Proof of ownership (if applicable).

We review all requests and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded files may be deleted after a period of inactivity.
• Users may request deletion of their content via removal@fileflare.uk.

6. Limitation of Liability

FileFlare is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or protection against data loss.

7. Changes to These Terms

FileFlare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
